By Accepting the terms below you agree to a preauthorization of purchase on Debit/Credit Card.

Local delivery requires you to be an account holder at KCVO Vape shop LLC, be 21 or older, upload ID or Drivers License prior to purchase , OR show ID or Drivers License upon delivery (requires driver interaction)

Failure to produce ID or Drivers license upon delivery will result in a refund of the products purchased with a 50% restocking fee applied. If ID or Drivers License was not uploaded prior to delivery.
